Qualifications & Requirements:
Highly commercially savvy - Uses performance measurement & sound financial management - balancing short and long term -- to build the brand. Balances commercial, customer and consumer motivations to deliver outstanding results.
Strong analytical skills - Must have a strong working knowledge of leveraging and applying data sources (i.E. IRI, Nielsen)
Excellent multi-tasking and project management skills leading cross-functional teams and influencing key stakeholders
Ability to effectively collaborate, communicate and influence & a proven track recors in developing and cultivating internal and external relationships
Passion for nurturing and growing brands and connecting with consumers
Creative, out of the box thinking and problem-solving skills

Actividades a realizar:
The key accountabilities include:
Strong understanding of the retail environment & shopper in the Benelux region
Developing the annual brand activation calendar for key retailers, in partnership with the distributor to optimally attract, engage & convert shoppers along their path to purchase. Growth driver focus will be on driving physical availability via visibility at the right time/ place, sampling &
Develop or lift and adapt from other markets impactful, engaging shopper and trade marketing campaigns in conjunction with the distributor and local agencies.
Effectively interpret all available industry, category, customer & shopper data and turn it into a clear set of prioritised opportunities & implications across the marketing.
Use analytics to drive more effective activations, track & report to optimise ROI.
Effectively manage the day to day relationships with core distributor contacts.
Responsible for managing the brand portfolio in the region; determining optimum range to drive growth & productivity, as well as executing packaging and artwork changes.
Development of any consumer engagement ideas i.e launch PR for new markets and ongoing social management where required.
Management of brand budget across consumer & shopper display & activation
Leading cross functional project teams to deliver projects to agreed 1st shipment dates, including both internal TBG contacts and external distributor partners.
Inputting into the Stage Gate process, ensuring completion of gate documents by cross functional teams & fast decision making with approvers at gate decisions.
