  • • Location: From the head office (1540 HERNE in Belgium), at our current sites near Aalst and Zaventem. However, you may be asked to visit other projects in neighbouring countries for limited periods of 2 to 3 days (expenses fully covered).

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Revit Modeler specializing in Mechanical, HVAC, Electrical, and Technical Services to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building services engineering and expertise in creating detailed 3D models and drawings using Revit software. The Revit Modeler will work closely with our engineering team to develop accurate and efficient design solutions for a variety of projects in the mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and technical services sectors.

Qualifications:

  • • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • • Minimum of 3 years of experience in building services engineering and Revit modelling for mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and technical systems.
  • • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software related to building services engineering.
  • • Strong understanding of mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and technical systems design principles.
  • • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
  • • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.

Language:

  • • French - Fluent
  • • English - Fluent

Responsibilities:

  • • Develop detailed 3D models and drawings for mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and technical systems using Revit software.
  • • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
  • • Assist in developing construction documents, specifications, and technical reports.
  • • Conduct clash detection and coordination reviews to identify and resolve conflicts in the building services designs.
  • • Stay current with industry standards, codes, and best practices for building services engineering.
